As a proactive security partner for some of the country's leading companies and organizations, we provide careers for talented people to become part of a successful, growing company.Job Skills / RequirementsHIRING IMMEDIATELY2nd Shift PositionSupervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customerAct as a liaison between clients, Operation Managers, and security officersSupervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment rangeReceive and relay instructions, access control, foot patrol, and customer serviceEnforce Contract Standards and administer site safety programsCandidates MUST have prior security experience, along with good customer service skills, and emphasis on attention to detail, will have a professional appearance, strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, good work ethic, and solid report writing skills. Candidates must also attend our licensing class on a Tuesday and Wednesday in Raleigh, if not currently in possession of a state PPSB-issued security license.A Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
