Title: Medical Staff Coordinator

Location: Fredericksburg, VA 22401

Contract duration: 13 weeks

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (09:00 - 17:00)

Expected hour's: 40hrs/wk.


**The title of this role is a CRNA Staffing Administrator for the OR & Anesthesia.**


Summary:

Scheduling CRNAs in the OR requires candidates to understand block scheduling. Scheduling people from an on call perspective, comp time, scheduling for trauma processes, etc. There is a ratio of Anesthesiologists needed vs CRNAs and qualified candidates would understand this. Candidates must be able to explain and understand block scheduling, allocation, trauma room coverage, and when to re-allocate resources the day of if there are no traumas. This Administrator will create schedules and hold the staff accountable to the schedules and escalate to leadership when necessary. Candidates must communicate well, have a professional presence, and have experience with scheduling tools. The scheduling tool used in this role is Qgenda. This role could include invoicing and managing time for locums and travelers.


Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors listed on their resume + 2 years of work experience OR at least 4 years of work experience in this role.

Work experience for this role is a Scheduling Administrator in an OR environment.
