This is an excellent opportunity to continue your career in the field of Process Management.General Responsibilities:Assist with transaction clearing related to various requests including additional information documentation or verification requirementsConduct customer outreach on fraudulent accounts and/or suspicious items, obtaining purpose and explanation of transactionsPerform outreach and authentication to external customers utilizing verification procedures to resolve issues and clear pending financial itemsPerform activities related to program case managementPrimary focus to assist with new account documentation collection, along with supporting peers with additional requestsEngage internal associates, partners and LOBs to reach customer resolutionProvide assistance and support for central fraud program case managementSupport communications and change management for related work assignmentsDrive forward our well managed agenda to promote adherence to LOB standards, policies and proceduresBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 1 year of experience in Process ManagementAt least 1 year of experience with Google SuiteAt least 1 year of retail branch experiencePreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeLean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certificationAt least 1 year of experience in Compliance or Risk ManagementAt least 2 years of experience in Process ManagementThis role is hybrid meaning associates spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise-wide virtual work days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $86,300 - $98,400 for Sr. Process ManagerRichmond, VA: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process ManagerWilmington, DE: $78,400 - $89,500 for Sr. Process ManagerCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
