Mechanical Drafter

Pay:$1821/hr.

Hours:Day Shift 6AM to 2:30PM

Job Type:Temp to Hire

Location:Pryor Oklahoma

Job Description:

Review and interpret technical specifications blueprints and design doents.

Transform rough product sketches into detailed working models and drawings.

Utilize CAD software to create and modify 3D models of mechanical components and emblies.

Develop comprehensive construction and embly drawings including dimensions tolerances and materials.

Maintain organized and accurate relationships between models and drawing files.

Create and verify embly layouts and part drawings for legacy programs.

Process Engineering Change Requests efficiently and ensure timely updates.

Collaborate with engineers and team members to develop design solutions.

Keep detailed and uptodate records of all design work.

Ensure all drawings and plans comply with industry standards and regulations.

Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed.

Perform additional tasks as igned.

Requirements:

An ociate degree in Mechanical Drafting or equivalent work experience.

Proficiency in 3D modeling software.

Experience using MS Office and an ability to quickly learn internal businessrelated software.

Familiarity with manufacturing ods procedures and automation technologies.

Strong understanding of product design mechanical engineering principles and tool design.

Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications with excellent math ss.

CAD certification plus at least 2 years of relevant work experience.

Experience using Faro is a plus.
