Job Description:

Are you a talented .NET Core developer with a passion for creating high-quality applications? Our client is seeking a skilled Senior .Net Windows Developer to join their team to help build a new Windows native application. This application will integrate cloud-based software with on-premises ERP systems. The Senior .Net Windows Developer will collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to develop a robust solution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Develop a .NET Core wrapper to execute and manage our integration Python code.
  • Enable integration code to function as a Windows service, ensuring reliable and efficient execution.
  • Collaborate on the selection of supported Windows versions to guarantee broad compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Work closely with platform engineers to develop and enhance CI and CD pipelines, facilitating the cross-compilation of Windows applications in Linux environments.


Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge and experience in developing applications using .NET Core and C#.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing Windows services.
  • Strong skills in Python for integrating with existing codebases.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Competent in using Git for version control.
  • Basic understanding of Docker.
  • Experience with cross-compiling Windows executables on Linux environments is highly desirable.
  • Due to the nature of the work candidates must be a United States Citizen or Green Card Holder.
