The Salesforce Lead Analyst will work independently or with team of developer(s)/technology professionals to solve complex business problems. You will also analyze change requests/defects and help validate the applications within the work streams, as well as support the collaboration with boundary systems

Location: Burbank CA (Onsite) Required:
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering and User Story elaboration in Agile and waterfall model
  • 8+ years of experience as business analyst role and gathering requirements for custom applications on Salesforce Platform
  • Strong experience in designing business solutions with Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform
  • Solid experience in designing functional solution design for migrating enterprise size on-premise applications into Salesforce Lightning cloud platform
Preferred skills:

Financial Domain Knowledge - Purchase Orders, Receivables, Payables, Invoices, Goods Received, Payment Process etc.

The annual salary for this position is between $80,000 p.a - $145000 p.a depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant‘s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant‘s applicable plans.
