Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Project Engineer to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders throughout the construction process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure proper implementation on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Assist in the identification and resolution of project-related issues, including technical problems and delays.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Support cost estimation and budget tracking processes to ensure project financial performance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in engineering software and project management tools (i.e. Procore, Phoenix Scheduling)
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
