The Project Manager provides day-to-day client account support for management of project delivery and other administrative needs. This role is responsible for a high volume of tactical projects and provides support to the Account Director and Vice President, Client Services, to meet business needs.Project Manager Responsibilities:Creates and manages project plans and timelines for client initiatives within multiple workstreamsWorks with project lead in managing all aspects of projects from conception to completionAddresses and responds to client requests, with support from the Account DirectorSupports the financial and project management of assigned projects to ensure successful execution and outcome, including project reconciliationProvides task-based project management support, assisting wider delivery teams in meeting day-to-day tasks, including project routing, timeline development and maintenance, and budget/hours management/monitoringTriages competing requests and finds solutions for capacity and resource issuesRaises swift awareness to proactively head off issues that put projects at risk for staying on time and on budget and maintains our standards of quality and valueCoordinates submission preparation and conducts follow-up as necessaryReviews revision requests to ensure they fit with the needs of the project; coordinates with delivery teams for executionOwns and maintains internal/client status sheetsFollows up on action items via email post meetingSends deliverables to client/key leadersAssists as day-to-day contact with clientIs fully trained on client systems and dedicated to compliance in use of these systemsMonitors projects to confirm milestones and deliverables are metCreates and manages project folders on Egnyte for all projectsAbout You:Skills and Abilities:A performance-driven individual, with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational credibility, and deep understanding of the businessDemonstrated knowledge and application of skills in all relevant components of project management, including management of scope, time, cost, quality, integration, influence and negotiation, communications, risk, and scenario planning across all project management focus areas (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing R&D projects)Demonstrated ability in relevant soft skills, including change management, continuous improvement, conflict resolution, and consensus buildingProven ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a cross-functional teamFlexible and able to multitask; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systemsStrong understanding of all aspects of developing a pharmaceutical; the manufacturing requirements and some knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, regulations, and requirements are important in this roleAnalytic and decisive decision maker with the ability to prioritize and communicate to staff key objectives and tactics necessary to achieve organizational goalsStrong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and passionate communicator with excellent public speaking skillsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or experience in lieu of degreeMinimum of 3 years' experience in the agency environment performing project management/coordination dutiesProficient in MS Office SuiteProficient in Veeva PromoMatsWhat You Will Enjoy at Red Nucleus:Competitive pay, incentives, retirement, and income security programsComprehensive benefits and wellness programs focused on healthy lifestylesGenerous paid time off, employee assistance programs, and flexible work arrangementsPerformance-driven environment, including professional development and transfer opportunitiesPeople-first culture fostering self-expression, diversity, and a growth mindsetCelebrations We love to celebrate service anniversaries, holidays, diversity and inclusion events, project milestones, and anything else that is meaningful to our employeesSupport of the community organizations you are passionate aboutOngoing programs and events designed to bring our global team togetherDiversity, equity and inclusion are valued at Red Nucleus and we believe we have a shared responsibility to provide equal opportunity and foster an inclusive spirit.
