We offer intensive, patient-focused, specialized rehabilitation services. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, intense rehabilitation tailored to the individual needs of those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. We strive to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve through comprehensive physical medicine and rehabilitation programs. Unit Profile Facility Name: UC Davis Rehab Hospital Floor: Position Information: • Facility Department/Cost Center: Therapy Services • Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Therapy • Specialty: P T • Number of Openings: 1 • Shift: Days • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36-40 • Weekend Hours: PTA ( Fri – Tues schedule is ideal), OT and SLP weekend rotation every 2-3 weekends • Call Requirements: None • Required Certifications: CA License • Years of Experience: 2 years Acute Rehab or Acute Care • Float Requirements: None • Additional Notes: Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 52 • Patient Ratios: 4-5 patients per day. 6 hours of treatment time per day • Equipment: • EHR: Cerner • Supervisor: Caroline Owen • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: TBI, SCI, Ortho Trauma Hiring Profile: • Must Have Skills/Experience: Acute Rehab or Acute Care • Preferred Skillset/Experience: • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: • Personality Fit: • Required Education: First Day Instructions: • Scrub Color: No requirement • Time to Report: 800 AM • Who to ask for upon arrival: Caroline Owen • Parking: Free adjacent to the building.
