*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in both outpatient and inpatient care, with a focus on developing individualized care plans to enhance patient recovery and mobility. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care, along with a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology, particularly in geriatrics and orthopedics.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients‘ physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions, including trigger point therapy and other modalities.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to promote recovery.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes.

*Experience*
* Proven knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to physical therapy practices.
* Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred.
* Familiarity with outpatient settings as well as inpatient rehabilitation practices.
* Strong background in creating effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
* Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is advantageous.
* Ability to work within various systems to enhance patient care delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $55.00 - $57.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
