Retail Sales AssociateCamping World is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our growing team. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be responsible for ensuring that every customer receives the best customer service.What You'll Do:Provide excellent customer serviceAbility to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and managementLeading department and assisting/mentoring colleaguesConsistently promotes company programs including warranty sales and Good Sam MembershipsAbility to establish strong product knowledge and sell to customersMaintain the appearance of store which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping dutiesMay cross train to perform other dutiesPerform other miscellaneous duties as assignedWhat You'll Need To Have For The Role:High school education or equivalentPrevious retail experience preferredSuperior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbalMust maintain a professional demeanor and work ethicAbility to work flexible retail schedule including evening and weekendsMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devicesPeriods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bendingPay Range:$14.00-$16.53 HourlyIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities.
