This role oversees product line finance, pricing strategy, business operations, long-range planning, and commercial finance, while leading initiatives that modernize sales support and enhance decision-making through data-driven insights.Essential Responsibilities:Strategic Financial LeadershipFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Operational and Business PartnershipLeadership & Talent DevelopmentGovernance, Compliance & Financial IntegrityOther Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.Required Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline. MBA, CPA, or CFA designation preferred.Experience: 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in semiconductor, technology, or advanced manufacturing sectors.Core Competencies:Strategic and analytical thinking with strong commercial acumen.Ability to translate data into strategic insights and influence executive decision-making.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated leadership in developing diverse, high-performing global teams.Resilient, agile, and collaborative mindset aligned with GF's transformation culture.Expected Salary Range $207,000.00 - $385,000.00.
