We are looking for experienced, professional handymen and handywomen with a strong work ethic, incredible attention to detail, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades. Must all display excellent customer service skills. You are the face of Ace Handyman ServicesSuccessful prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman/Handyman; estimation skills and prior customer service experience, strongly preferred.DutiesPerform general maintenance tasks such as repairing drywall, fixing plumbing issues, deck repairs, painting, replacing fixtures, siding repairs and more.Utilize carpentry skills to build and repair structures, furniture, and other items as needed.Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to address their maintenance needs.Drive to various job sites to complete tasks efficiently.Able to estimate amount of time and charge accordingly.Demonstrate strong communication skills when discussing project details with clients and team members.Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.Conduct routine inspections of premises to identify issues that require attention.Respond promptly to service requests from clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring safety protocols are followed.Assist in the installation of fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary follow-up work.Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for each job.RequirementsAbility to perform all types of quality handyman repairs.Be able to educate customers in upselling additional work.Own tools to perform all the trades.Pass background check, driving record, and drug screening.Current, valid driver's license.Must be tech savvy to use our dispatching and billing platform, Service Titan.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Benefits401(k)Company truckDental insuranceFlexible spending accountFuel cardHealth insuranceOn-the-job trainingPaid time offPaid trainingPart time, semi-retired candidates are welcomed Come join the best Handyman Organization in the industry, Ace Handyman ServicesCompensation: $28.00 - $30.00 per hourThe 800+ Craftsmen who represent our Brand are the heart and soul of our turn-key, white-glove home repair, maintenance, and improvement service.
