Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join our growing team in Prairie Village, KS. This role offers a full schedule from day one, with offices booked six months in advance. Candidates should hold a valid Kansas dental license and a DDS or DMD from an accredited institution. Key Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive dental examinations and create treatment plans. Deliver preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care. Conduct procedures such as fillings, crowns, and extractions. Educate patients on oral health and maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure efficient operations. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Valid Kansas dental license. Strong clinical skills in general, preventive, and restorative dentistry. Proficiency in cosmetic procedures and effective communication skills. Work Environment: On-site position in a new state-of-the-art facility in Prairie Village. Focused on PPO/FFS patients. Compensation: High earning potential with a production-based model (% of adjusted production) and no lab fees. Opportunities for buy-in/partnership after 2 years.
