Role Description

This is a contract Outpatient Therapist role at Inspired to Grow, LLC located in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake, VA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Outpatient Therapist; preferrably child therapist will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate client records.


Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent
  • Experience in conducting therapy sessions with individuals and groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to assess and diagnose mental health conditions
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions
  • Understanding of ethical and professional standards in therapy
