SIMOS is looking for warehouse associates to join the team in the Olive Branch, MS area. This role includes picking, packing, unloading, and handling a variety of our client's materials. Associates receive weekly paychecks, medical and dental benefits in the first 30 days of employment, and much moreAvailable shifts: shifts are subject to change.1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:30pm, 6:00am-4:30pm ($17/hr)1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am-3:30pm ($18/hr)2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm-2:30am, 5:00pm-3:30pm ($19/hr)2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm ($18.50)1st Shift (weekends): Friday - Sunday, 5:00am-4:30pm ($21/hr)3rd Shift (weekends): Friday - Sunday, 5:00pm-4:30am ($23/hr)All shifts will occasionally require overtime and are subject to change. This requires associates to be flexible to accommodate the day's workload.Perks & Benefits: Casual dress code, climate controlled environment, weekly paychecks, direct deposit or cash card pay options, medical/dental insurance.DutiesWarehouse associates will be responsible for cross training and working in various locations throughout the warehouse, including the following duties:Must be agile in movementMust be able to lift 50lbsMust be available to work overtime when requestedMust be able to stand for the full 10-hour shiftMust be available to work first 30 days of employmentPosition RequirementsMust wear closed toe shoes, dress appropriately, no cell phones are allowed on the floor, no hair below shoulders (must be tied up) and must be able to wear safety vest for entire shift.RequirementsBackground check, drug test, stand for shift duration, must be at least 18 years old. Able to lift 50 pounds. Industry: warehouse/distribution.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $17.00 - $23.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
