This position is responsible for ensuring that employees and tenants have a safe and clean work environment by performing ongoing maintenance and repairs for all assigned facilities.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, professional, quality service to customers, tenants, and coworkers.

Maintain building and grounds for assigned facilities.

Oversight of facilities related vendors to ensure quality.

Ability to do steel stud framing, drywall, door adjustments, and minor facility repairs/remodels

Perform basic electrical, painting, HVAC, and plumbing

Respond to assigned facilities issues and ensuring a timely resolution.

Assist with facilities related compliance and manage recyclables and waste

Maintain records for all preventative maintenance work performed.

Responsible for maintaining and the ability to operate fire and other safety equipment.

Recommend process improvements to create efficiencies within the facilities

Available on-call for emergency repairs at facilities.

Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

4 plus years of experience in building maintenance or construction with general knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

Self-motivated and resourceful.

Ability to gather and decipher pertinent information so that informed decisions may be made.

Ability to drive and operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, Scissor Lifts, and Aerial Work Platforms. Some certifications required.
