Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program required. License/Certifications: *Current applicable state(s) license as a Licensed Practical Nurse required. *Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
