Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their current IT environment and identify their needs.
  • Develop and propose tailored Google Workspace solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Lead the deployment of Google Workspace for clients, ensuring smooth implementation and minimal disruptions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients to optimize their use of Google Workspace.
  • Monitor and manage Google Workspace environments for clients, proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed about the latest features and trends in Google Workspace, and provide recommendations to clients accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with Google Workspace.
  • Proven track record in project management and change management, preferably in IT environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
