Position Type: Full-time, In-person


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a civil paralegal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
  • Paralegal degree or certification preferred but not mandatory
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare motions, pleadings, documents, and correspondence, along with accompanying materials
  • Skillfully respond to Discovery Requests, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy
  • Efficiently manage attorney calendars, appointments, and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, providing comprehensive support on legal matters
  • Identify and implement administrative processes to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity
