  • Contract Duration: 5-months
  • Worksite Location: Hybrid
  • Hourly Rate: $50-52/hr W2

What you’ll do as the Creative Producer: Manage the post production process from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams, directors, editors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives
  • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to secure necessary resources and talent
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to
  • Monitor post production budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure quality control and consistency across all deliverables, adhering to brand guidelines and client expectations
  • Oversee the delivery of final assets in various formats for broadcast, digital, and social media platforms

What you’ll bring to the Creative Producer role:

  • Experience as a Post Production Producer or similar role in the advertising industry is preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of post production processes, software and workflows
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Avid ProTools, DaVinci Resolve, Frame.io, etc., Airtable experience preferred but not necessary
