Corporate Paralegal

On Target Executive Search : Legal Consultant

Location: Horsham, PA

Work Schedule: 4 hours per day, Tuesday to Thursday

Hourly Rate: $44-50/hr DOE

Reports to: Chief Compliance Officer

On Target Executive Search is recruiting for our client who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Paralegal with expertise in legal recruitment to join our team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal department in various capacities, including but not limited to drafting, and managing legal documents, assisting with the management of lawsuits and proceedings, implementing internal policies and procedures, and liaising with external counsels.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting of various legal documents, mainly contracts (e.g. trade, supply, corporate), PoA, MoU, LoI, and letters;
• Drafting of various corporate documents (mainly resolution of the Board of Directors and certificates);
• Contracts management and archive;
• Direct report to the company’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Proven experience in drafting various legal documents, particularly contracts.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and other relevant legal areas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills-50
• Proficiency in legal research and writing.
• Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm preferred.
• Familiarity with manufacturing client and vendor contracts is a plus.

Travel Stipend:

Client will consider providing a travel stipend depending on the distance of the candidate's residence from our office location.
