Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 2-4 years' experience with either a BS or MS degree
- The Mechanical Engineer will support R&D for product development of bioprocessing equipment.
- This role requires a technical aptitude and understanding of P&ID's, vessels, piping systems, instrumentation, controls, and heating/cooling.
- Ability to assemble, operate, and troubleshoot mechanical systems safely in a manufacturing environment.
- Experienced with ERP systems to create BOM's and execute ECO's.
- Create purchase specifications for equipment with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the bioprocessing equipment industry.
- Create and execute test protocols and reports
- Direct experience with heating and cooling equipment desired.
- Hands-on experience desired.
