Job Description:

As a Senior Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our high-end construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all on-site activities, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and craftsmen, and ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of Construction projects from initial planning through completion.
  • Supervise and mentor construction teams, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on luxury builds.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to excellence.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the Miami.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a bonus
