Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Cedar Ridge Inn. As a CNA, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the elderly and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feedingMonitor and record residents' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulseHelp residents with mobility, including transfers and repositioningProvide assistance with toileting and incontinence careRespond to resident call lights and assist with other needs in a timely mannerMaintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residentsAssist with the administration of medications as directed by nursing staffCommunicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team membersReport any changes in a resident's condition to the supervising nurseAdhere to all safety protocols and infection control standardsQualificationsCurrent CNA certification in New MexicoPrevious experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing excellent careAbility to work effectively as part of a teamMust be able to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks related to resident careAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningBenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurance (full-time and part time)Paid time off (PTO)Ongoing training and career development opportunitiesSupportive and caring work environment
