As a Client Solutions Architect Director in Trade and Working Capital Product Solutions Delivery (T&WC PSD), you are a North America regional leader of a team that innovates and guides clients in the post-sales enablement process. This includes the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions, which are tailored and relevant to clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized. Trade & Working Capital (TWC) is a division of Payments. For more than 200 years, J.P. Morgan has helped clients make trade payments, access liquidity, and manage risk. We connect counterparties with market-leading Core Trade, Supply Chain Finance (SCF), A/R Finance, Inventory Finance, Contract Monetization, and Export Finance solutions. Our institutional strength, practical expertise, comprehensive technology, and unparalleled network enable us to deliver powerful global solutions, when and where our clients need them.Job ResponsibilitiesLeads NA team (7 HC) engaged on enablement of structured TWC programs and initiatives, including closing and funding of secured participated loans and synthetic securitisation for Receivables Finance, agented Export and Agency Finance, and Inventory Finance; configuration and modification of the firm's products and solutions, often in partnership with proprietary and fintech partner Technology, to fit complex client use casesEngages with clients, internal and external advisors and technology vendors for delivery of presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutionsWorks with Sales and Originators in mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planningEngages with Product and Platforms on identifying and defining development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedbackLeads and enhances NA business and program implementation processes and implementing improvements in client experience, controls, management information and turnaround time.
