When Fortune 500 businesses and new startups need supply chain solutions, they look to our industry-leading logistics experts.During the 12-week HOH fellowship, you will get hands on experience of the day-to-day operations within our Recruiting/HR team. Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer (negotiation & acceptance) completion of contractor hiring administrative processes, and on-boarding of new contractors.Essential functions include administrating defined external/internal recruitment processes, keeping the management team informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment, and meeting customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.Additional responsibilities include performing other duties as assigned.Skills and abilities required include strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments, and demonstrates customer service skills.Qualifications include transitioning service member fellows within 180 days of transition from military service, currently participating in the DoD Skillbridge program through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship, and full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferred.Job Category: RecruitmentCompensation Information: The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
