Commercial Project ManagerOur client is a small to mid-sized commercial general contractor in Kansas City that has been in business for nearly 40 years. The company is about 25 employees and works on a variety of commercial projects. Projects range in between $1M - $15M.Job DescriptionManage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project goals are met.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Proactively identify and address potential challenges or risks.Supervise on-site teams to ensure successful project execution.Maintain accurate project documentation and records.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
