Marketing SpecialistLocation: Minnetonka, Minnesota, United StatesThe Regional Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Americas marketing team, helping to achieve aggressive growth at Stratasys. In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand generation for regional marketing activities. You will work closely with the regional marketing team and partners to create and execute campaigns and digital initiatives supporting events, trade shows, field marketing events, promotions, and regional campaigns.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the Following:Campaign and Promotion ExecutionSupport the AMER Marketing team in executing the overall regional marketing plansCreate and deploy email and social media campaigns for regional initiatives and channel partner programsManage the execution of regional promotions by developing collateral, drafting copy with Product and Vertical Marketers, setting up and executing email campaigns, and identifying target audiencesWork in HubSpot to create and launch regional emails and landing pagesEvent and Trade Show SupportCollaborate with regional marketers on marketing and campaign support for events and trade showsWork closely with the Events team to market and drive attendance to customer-facing eventsPartner with the Events/Trade Show Specialist to provide support for event execution as neededPlanning and CoordinationSupport the development and management of the regional marketing calendarCoordinate campaign timelines and deliverables with cross-functional marketing teamsCommunications and CollaborationClearly articulate campaign strategy, goals, and KPIs verbally and through PowerPoint presentations to internal teamsWork collaboratively with regional marketers and partner marketing teams on demand generation and related activitiesPerform other duties as assignedBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing or related field (Business, Journalism, Communications, etc.) or equivalent experience2-4 years marketing experience, preferably in B2B marketingPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated ability to execute high-impact demand generation activitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with external partners, internal teams, and salesAbility to draft marketing copy, collaborating with regional marketers, product marketers, and vertical marketersExperience using HubSpot to execute email marketing and track campaign resultsExperience setting up campaigns in Salesforce and using it for reportsExperience setting up and running webinarsExperience creating short marketing videos a plusMS Office including PPT, Excel, and WordExperience using Canva and Monday.com a plusExperience using AI tools to create content, images, and short videosAbility to speak SpanishTravel required: 10%What you will be part of:Company OverviewOur Culture and ValuesOur Sustainability "3D Printing a Better Tomorrow"Our LocationsCheck out our VideoAdditional InformationWe believe our people are the heart of our success. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
