Elite Sourcing is partnering with a prestigious law firm specializing in construction defect litigation to find a highly skilled Sr. Attorney/Junior Partner. The ideal candidate will be based in Arizona, licensed to practice law in the state, and ready to contribute to a dynamic and remote work environment.


Position Overview: As a Junior Partner, you will play a critical role in managing and leading construction defect cases. This position requires significant experience in construction defect law and a strong commitment to providing strategic legal guidance and superior client service while working remotely.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of construction defect cases from start to finish. This includes developing case strategies, maintaining client communication, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
  • Client Relations: Build and sustain strong client relationships by offering expert legal advice and ensuring clients are kept informed about their case progress. Customize legal solutions to meet clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff. Provide training and oversight to ensure high-quality legal work and foster professional development within the team.
  • Business Development: Support the firm’s growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Engage in marketing and networking to enhance the firm’s visibility and reputation in the field of construction defect law.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with developments in construction defect law, industry trends, and relevant legal precedents. Apply this knowledge to effectively advocate for clients and contribute to the firm’s legal strategies.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with senior partners to develop and implement strategic plans for the construction defect practice. Assist in setting goals, evaluating performance, and optimizing operational procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction defect law with a proven track record of handling complex litigation cases and achieving favorable results.
  • Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Active membership in the Arizona State Bar Association is required.
  • Skills:
  • Expertise in construction defect litigation, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively and Strategic mindset focused on client-centered solutions and business development.
