Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist at Rockford Orthopedic Appliance in Rockford, IL. The role involves designing, fitting, and fabricating orthopedic braces and prosthetic limbs. The Certified Prosthetist/Orthotist will work closely with patients to assess their needs, create customized orthotic/prosthetic devices, and provide ongoing support and adjustments.


Qualifications

  • ABC Certification as a Prosthetist/Orthotist
  • Demonstrated experience in designing, fabricating and fitting orthopedic braces and prosthetic limbs
  • Strong knowledge of orthotic/prosthetic materials and technologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients
