Senior Managers are responsible for directing the strategic agenda, driving provocative and future-forward thinking, generating POV content, ensuring ideas are tested and refined with the right evidence, and guiding them to market launch and scale.Key Responsibilities:Originate c-suite level work within an industry-specific contextShape and sell customer growth work that spans across strategy and consulting and Song practicesPartner with client executives to define growth priorities that align to customer needs and market shiftsLead cross-functional teams in identifying high-value opportunities through customer insight, market analysis, and competitive scanningApply proprietary, best-in-class protocols to rapidly test and validate concepts with real and synthetic customer inputPrioritize initiatives based on evidence, impact potential, and scalabilityGuide go-to-market and scaling strategies for validated opportunitiesMentor and coach team members to strengthen their strategic and client engagement skillsWhat Success Looks Like:Delivering validated, high-impact growth strategies that translate into measurable client resultsBuilding trusted relationships with senior client leaders as a go-to advisor for growth and innovationEmbedding evidence-based decision-making into client growth planningOngoing and sustained client relationships in a particular industryA solid pipeline of work that aligns to both industry and customer growthConsistent ability to generate work for self and a small team of individualsAbility to travel 25-50%Basic Qualifications:10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or product/service design and launch within the Industrial spacePreferred Qualifications:Proven experience in consulting engagements with measurable impactMBA or advanced degree in innovation, strategy, or related field a plusTrack record in customer and market insight, concept validation, and scaling new propositionsStrong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skillsCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
