Store ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to oversee all daily operations of our retail store. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage people, products, and processes to deliver exceptional customer experiences, optimize sales performance, and maintain operational excellence.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all day-to-day operations of the store to ensure efficiency and profitabilityMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve or exceed targetsMaintain accurate financial, statistical, and stock recordsOversee stock management, pricing, replenishment, and inventory controlEnsure all store activities comply with health, safety, and operational standardsCustomer Service & Brand RepresentationLead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and foster a positive shopping experienceAddress and resolve customer complaints, queries, and feedback professionallyBuild customer trust and promote brand loyalty through service excellenceStaff Management & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, and train new team membersProvide clear direction, coaching, and performance evaluationsMotivate and engage staff to meet individual and team sales goalsDevelop career growth opportunities and advancement paths for team membersAdminister staff schedules, attendance, and shift planningVisual Merchandising & PromotionsCoordinate in-store promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising displaysEnsure visual merchandising standards are consistently metCollaborate with corporate and regional teams on promotions and sales initiativesRequirements & QualificationsEssential SkillsStrong commercial and financial acumenProven leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent verbal communication and interpersonal skillsEffective problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and multitasking capabilitiesProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and the Microsoft Office SuitePreferred AttributesEnthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focusedAble to inspire and lead a diverse teamHigh level of personal integrity and professionalismResilient and adaptable to changeDemonstrates initiative and sets a high standard for othersEducational & Experience Requirements3+ years of experience in retail store management or a supervisory roleExperience in budget management, merchandising, and team developmentBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k)Employee discount
