Responsibilities for a Clinical Associate:
- Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Adult/ Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Towanda, PA and other surrounding areas(Bradford and Sullivan counties).
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Associate:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
