Also working closely with the full finance and accounting teams, this position collaborates across the entire organization to provide data and information to inform and influence strategic business decisions. This position also provides analysis related to new therapies and or business lines so that management can make informed decisions.Schedule: Monday Friday; 8:00 AM 5:00 PMMinimum Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited school with a MBA degree in Finance or Accounting3 years working in a Financial Reporting environmentProficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook, Word, Excel).Ability to cope with ambiguous, changing environment while under pressure in a calmMust be able to work as a team member and develop productive and cooperative working relationships with all members of the Palmetto Infusion team.Essential Functions: Prepares detailed annual financial budget and monthly financial forecasts in coordination with CFO.Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitors variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.Collaborate with other functions for developing and gathering KPIs and relevant business metrics and analyze trendsPartner closely with management on ad hoc projects to provide in-depth business case analysis and intuitive reporting to drive intelligent decision makingPrepares periodic reviews of actual vs budget variances.Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.Works closely with VP of Procurement and VP of Payer Contracting to provide data to assist their reviews of contracts, etc. and to promote strong financial decisions.Stays current on regulatory changes impacting Palmetto Infusion.Takes initiative to present ideas and suggestions to leadership.Performs other duties as assigned.About the Benefits:Competitive CompensationComprehensive Medical InsuranceDental and Vision InsuranceCompany Life InsuranceVoluntary Life and Disability InsuranceAdditional Voluntary Supplemental PlansFlexible Spending Account (Medical and Dependent Care)Health Savings Account401K Retirement PlanEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Employee DiscountsRamsey SmartDollar ProgramReferral ProgramTuition AssistancePaid Time Off8 Paid Company HolidaysPatient Advocacy Statement:At Palmetto Infusion, we believe that patient advocacy is at the heart of everything we do, regardless of our roles within the organization.
