Position Overview:
We are seeking two experienced Network Solutions Architects for an onsite role in the Washington DC or Boston MA areas. The position requires inoffice work 3 days a week with the option to work remotely for 2 days. This is a 1year contract opportunity with a competitive pay rate of $85 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design network solutions that meet enterpriselevel requirements utilizing Cisco Palo Alto and Ruckus technologies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement scalable network solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for the design deployment and support of network infrastructure.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and products to improve network performance scalability and security.
- Ensure network architecture aligns with organizational standards and business goals.
- Support the engineering team with handson technical expertise in troubleshooting configuration and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 810 years of experience in network engineering and architecture with a progression from an engineering role to an architect level.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in networking technologies including Cisco Palo Alto and Ruckus is required.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing network infrastructures for enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of network security routing switching and wireless networking.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues.
- Experience working in both onsite and remote work environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work Schedule:
- Onsite 3 days per week in the DC or Boston area office.
- Remote work available for 2 days per week.
