The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance on powersports vehicles and equipment, including motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and utility vehicles. The role also involves inspecting equipment for mechanical and electrical issues, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining detailed service records to ensure quality control in repairs and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of working as a technician in a Powersports store. QualificationsKnowledge and experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systemsProficiency in vehicle maintenance for motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and utility vehiclesStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skillsAbility to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid work environmentStrong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standardsExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrior experience in powersports equipment repair is requiredProfessional certifications in our brands and mechanics or related fields are a plus
