Financial Analyst & Operations
What makes this a great opportunity?
This is an exciting opportunity with Suntory RTD Company, a new sister company of Suntory Global Spirits, to assist in the financial reporting, invoice tracking and cost analysis supporting Finance and Supply Chain. Being a new organization and route to market in the US, this individual will contribute in many ways – Finance, Competitor Analysis and Operational support of the new company.
Role Responsibilities
- Monthly reporting: Assist with collection, analysis, and input of financial data.
- Tax & Statutory report: Work with external Audit team to provide data and analysis.
- Develop financial models and provide forecasts.
- Assist with mid-term plans and presentations.
- Recommend budget strategies and cost-saving measures.
- Track market trends (Nielsen, Circana) and assess financial risks.
- Assist with audits, tax applications, licenses and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, HR, IT...)
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Manage databases and filing systems (One-drive, Z-drive, Team folders...)
- Process invoices and payments.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Operational support for production and quality assurance including the communication with suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (required)
- 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel)
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong research and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of AlcBev industry trends
