We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a passion for using data to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analysis for business users.


Responsibilities

  • Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
  • Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
  • Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


Qualifications:

  • 0 - 1 years of experience, (includes internship) in Data Analytics with Excel
  • 0 - 1 years of experience working in a professional environment (includes internship)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science).


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with ticketing software.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
