Position Overview: Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000/year (based on experience) Setting: Outpatient and hospital care Job Description: The Certified Nurse Midwife will play a vital role in providing comprehensive perinatal, OB/GYN, and family planning care with the support of board-certified OB/GYN physicians and family practitioners. This position emphasizes collaboration, patient-centered care, and integration with a multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality prenatal, gynecological, and post-partum care in alignment with organizational protocols and ACOG guidelines. Conduct physical exams, secure medical histories, and perform diagnostic procedures. Educate patients on family planning, sexual health, and overall health promotion. Provide post-partum counseling, support breastfeeding techniques, and ensure well-baby care coordination. Collaborate with healthcare teams, community agencies, and external partners to deliver comprehensive care. Requirements: Graduate of an accredited nurse midwifery program. Current Florida State license and certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife. Certifications in PALS, NRP, BLS, and ACLS preferred. Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
