Description

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting my client's expansion and project delivery across various property types, including retail, office, and mixed-use developments. You will oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion, working closely with in-house architects, engineers, and property managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project development phases, including planning, design, permitting, and construction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and enforce adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Communicate project milestones, updates, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic expansion of my client's portfolio and presence in emerging markets.

Profile

My client seeks a Project Manager who embodies professionalism, attention to detail, and a drive for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial real estate development or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale, complex projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
