Job Summary:  

As an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) specializing in Botox and lip filler treatments at Ultra Cryo & Recovery, you will play a key role in providing cosmetic injectable services. You will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care, enhancing clients' confidence and well-being through our aesthetic treatments. We are looking for someone with Injector experience. Pay will be based upon expertise $50 - $60 hourly + $2500 sign on bonus  

Responsibilities:  

• Perform comprehensive consultations and assessments to understand clients' aesthetic goals and recommend suitable Botox and lip filler treatments. 
• Administer Botox and lip filler injections with precision, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of care. 
• Educate clients about treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to ensure informed decision-making and optimal results. 
• Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service, addressing concerns, and fostering trust and loyalty. 
• Actively promote our cosmetic injectable services to drive revenue and attract new clients through effective marketing strategies and community engagement. 
• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop promotional materials, social media content, and educational resources to increase awareness of our aesthetic services. 
• Monitor client satisfaction and outcomes, seeking continuous improvement in service delivery and patient experience. 
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth objectives by actively participating in sales initiatives and upselling complementary services. 
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up appointments. 
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in cosmetic injectables to enhance professional knowledge and skills. 
• Work collaboratively with other team members, including aestheticians, physicians, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless patient care and operational efficiency. 
• Other duties may be assigned. 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Valid ARNP license in the state of Florida. 
• Certification or training in aesthetic injectables, specifically Botox and dermal fillers. 
• Proven experience in cosmetic injectables with a strong understanding of facial anatomy. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
