Our client is looking for a Director of Warehouse to help support their warehouse in Jacksonville. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of order life cycle, inbound/outbound shipments, and delivery. This role will play a crucial role in delivering top notch customer satisfaction and process improvement. You will manage relationships with 3PL distributors, ensuring delivery success. You will also be responsible for inventory accuracy, understanding where variances are coming from and losing the gap. This person must also have a strong analytical background and be an expert at Excel. Responding immediately to internal/external customer questions and complaints and notifying them of any order discrepancies, inventory changes, pricing and/or delays, is essential to this position. This position is responsible for heavy inventory control management with the supporting analytical skill set to effectively translate inventory data to actionable events.


Must-haves:

10+ years’ experience managing and leading supply chain operations (network design, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, etc.)

Expert Excel with strong analytical abilities

Shopify, Amazon (eCommerce)

Strong 3PL management experience, working with international 3PLs and distributors (3rd party logistics providers) needs to be international

-do you establish those relationships from the ground up

Experience supporting B2B and B2C business functions

P&L management

Able to provide recommendations to senior leadership and push back on tough conversations
