Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Recruiter at Hobson Associates supporting the Life Sciences team. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and connecting top talent with our clients in various industries. Day-to-day tasks include candidate assessment, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Plantsville, CT, along with flexibility for remote work.



Qualifications

  • Talent sourcing, Candidate assessment, and Networking skills
  • Interviewing and Recruitment process management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific recruiting techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Microsoft Office experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
