JOB SUMMARY

STIIIZY is currently hiring a Label Clerk to work in our warehouse. The primary responsibilities of this role will be to manage the inventory control system, maintain product data, rectify miscalculations, review and analyze the results of operations, report findings to management, and make recommendations for improvement as necessary. Those who have experience in warehouse inventory or cannabis are encouraged to apply.

At STIIIZY, we value the versatility and adaptability of our employees. While the primary focus of this role is Distribution Associate, the successful candidate may have the opportunity to cross-train in other positions within the department based on organizational needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Labeling cannabis products
  • Daily Audits
  • Document and report discrepancies
  • Use scanner technology
  • Maintain, update and publish inventory reports, conduct weekly cycle counts
  • Work closely with other departments such as warehouse (receiving), sales, logistics, and purchasing
  • Performs work under direct supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Diligent, Punctual and Ready to work
  • Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by supervisor.?

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an inventory control type capacity preferred
  • Knowledgeable of warehouse operations such as receiving and shipping

REQUIREMENTS
  • Must be over 21 years of age.
  • Available for on-site operations work.
  • Work revolves around objectives, projects, and priorities- not hours; must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to undergo cross-training in various roles within the department as required.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and/or working on a computer.
  • Able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
  • Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
  • Be able to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and twist for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift 50 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
