Otolaryngology/ENT Physician in Northeast Oregon

- Join a team of 2 full-time physicians and 2full-time allergy nurses
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+)
- RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
- Quality incentives up to $100,000 annually
- Commencement bonus of $50,000
- $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time

- Integrated outpatient behavioral health primary care clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Dedicated weekly OR time
- State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment
- State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years
- Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available
- Fulltime, permanent
- Epic EMR
