Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and develop a technical team, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
· Provide technical leadership on maintenance issues and oversee project completions.
· Manage budgets related to capital expenditure, maintenance, repairs, and energy.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance key performance metrics.
· Regularly monitor and report on project statuses, safety work orders, and energy consumption.
· Uphold safe working practices to maintain a secure work environment.
Qualifications:
