Industrial Security Specialist L3Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Industrial Security Specialist L3 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success. This position will establish and execute the Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO) industrial security program as directed by the SpRCO government security director and branch chief. This specialist will provide cradle to grave management of industrial security requirements for SpRCO contracts to include prime, sub-, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and no-cost contracts at all classification levels and scope, while supporting future business strategies and program assignments.Skills/Experience Required:Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience4+ years experience in SAP/SCI environment and/or SCI environment within the last five yearsMay be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope PolygraphExperience working on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and performing all functional duties independentlyExperience coordinating with and advising program managers, contracting, and program security officer on security requirements to ensure they are addressed, accurately captured, and DD254s are staffed and signed by applicable authoritiesExperience tracking and maintaining accurate files of industry partner documentationAbility to provide guidance, as coordinated with SpRCO government authority, to industry in obtaining and maintaining facility clearancesAbility to serve as the SpRCO subject matter expert for Industrial Security policies and regulationsAbility to coordinate with Department of the Air Force personnel on industrial security program compliance, retention, record keeping, and inspectionsMust be familiar with DoD Security Policy guidance and standards (i.e DoDM 5200.01, Vol 1-3, DoDM 5105.21 Vol 1-3, DoDM 5205.07 vol 1-4, ICD 705-02 etc.)The ideal candidate will have a background in Industrial Security in roles supporting the DoDEducation/Certifications:Master of Arts/Master of Science/Master of Engineering degree, equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of educationCenter for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Specialist CourseSecurity Professional Education Development (SP?D) Certification ProgramBenefits:Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insuranceFlexible Spending Accounts401(k)PTOTuition reimbursementPaid federal holidaysSecurity Clearance:Must be a U.S. Citizen.
