Environmental Services HospitalLocation: Altru Hospital 1200 South Columbia Road Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Range: $16.26 - $24.38Summary: The Environmental Services Hospital position is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the hospital including patient room cleaning. The requirements of this position involve sanitizing and disinfecting all areas within the hospital and is the main defense to prevent the spread of infections. Work Schedule/Hours: 40 hours/week, 3pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday, plus every other weekend and holiday.Essential Job Functions:Cleans and disinfects rooms during patient stay and after patient is discharged.Cleans and disinfects non-patient care areas, i.e. offices, lobby areas, lounges, bathrooms and locker rooms.Interacts with patients, visitors, and associates in a friendly and efficient manner to meet customer needs.Maintains a high quality of infection control.
