Sales Development Representative (Canada)This is a remote position.The RoleAs an SDR, you will:Identify, nurture, and route quality leads for potential Canadian customers and in support of assigned Account Executive(s) and Account Associates (AAs) through emails, meetings and phone calls.Support discovery with assigned agencies on their needs for end-to-end software solutionsMaintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, and business practices.Other duties as assigned depending on Sales and business needs.Skills, Experience, and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the public sector or a SaaS organization Public Safety software experience (preferably in Fire or Emergency Management)Professional proficiency and ability to conduct meetings, draft communications, and interact with customers in French is preferredStrong organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams.Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive attitudePrecise attention to detail in written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skillsProficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and collaboration toolsProven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goalsA strategic mind, someone who comes up with innovative ideas and then effectively executes said ideas to boost efficiency.We welcome a diverse workforce If you don't fit all the qualifications for the job listed above but feel you bring unique experience and perspective that would serve this role and First Due well, we encourage you to apply.Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThis role is fully remote with minimal travel expectations at this time.
